Step Instruction

To add a Step Instruction, click to attach, edit, or create a new step instruction in the Document Editor.

Note: If a step is a template and has both a step- and template- instruction, then the step instruction will always be visible in the Help & Instructions box in the Workflow. The template instruction is associated with the template and will be visible when opening the template. Bizview creates a button in the ribbon called "Instructions" witch the end user clicks to see the template instructions.
